Top conference centre with over 50 bedrooms and many state of the art conference rooms, in Surrey, requires an experienced co-ordinator to join their busy conference team. You will ensure the needs of conference clients are clearly established and delivered through liaison with the clients before their arrival, during their stay and after departure. You must have good communication skills and be confident and outgoing. You should have experience of a hotel sales office environment, or a conference co-ordination role. You will be taking details of events and bookings from clients on the phone and face to face, so presentation is also important and you will be working closely with the sales team. Working a 40 hour week, 5 out of 7 days. This is a excellent opportunity to join a top conference group who train and invest in their staff. Send me your CV today!
